Hey guys, I am just happy I accepted an SA position, and would like to ask you for advice and what can I do while I start and other suggestions. BTW, the position is in acquisitions finance in a French bank.

Generally speaking you will get a return offer if you do the work, put in the hours, build good personal relationships and behave. From what I have read here the conversion percent is ~80% with variations between banks. Just be your best and you will be rewarded.

Now if you're interested in 'upgrading firms' and leveraging.. Im not the person to ask
