Salary+Bonus progress in Toronto

Hi all bankers,

Right now i have a engineering job for 64k. i definitely want to switch to IB, however, i have 2 choices; quit now and do my MBA full time or do the first half part time and then switch full time. I have developed a discounted cash flow for the two scenarios but to make it more realistic i need to guessestimate what would be my salary+bonus in IB for the next 5 years.

Can anyone (from experience and knowledge about the Toronto market) tell me what i should expect for the first 5 years?

Thanks a lot for your help,
Iyad
