Took it recently and Kaplan is better by far.
Neither. I recommend the Smart 63 program from Pass Perfect
im in the same boat...im using reged right now, but im not liking it. have access to kaplan as well but not sure if it is easier than the test. reged practice tests are def harder than kaplan but dont think it mimics the q's on the real exam.
anyone have some advice? my exam is rapidly approaching...
edit: investopedia study guide seems to be good but the exams are weird. when you select the right answer it tells you are incorrect, but then when you read the explanation the answer you chose IS correct. very confusing. they might have an issue with their coding.
Just took the 63 a couple of days ago. Got through the exam but was not happy with the STC material I used to prepare. Their series 7 material is much better.
My firm gave me Knopman's 63 material which is actually purchased from Kaplan (not good). Got STC's 63 material from a friend and it was spot on! If you don't study, you'll fail, a bunch of analysts at my firm did.
Used stc for 3/34 and Kaplan for 65. Kaplan by far.
Do the practice exams from STC and you'll be fine
