SMBC
Hey guys. Anyone have information on SMBC? I know they're mainly corporate banking, but there's just not that much readily available information online, especially of late. Any advice/information on the interview process and what it's actually like would be much appreciated.

Don't know anything specific, but I worked at another Japanese bank, so I'd assume it would be similar in terms of culture (conservative, highly risk averse, quiet, etc.). Believe they have a strong project finance biz (I hear our infrastructure guys mention them a lot). Balance sheet shop, so not sure about their advisory biz. Mostly co-manager roles just based on what I see come through on LCD.
