As in the Tech VC/PE shop Silver Lake Partners? This is elite-tier stuff. From what I've heard (from someone there at the associate level), it's never more grueling than BB IBD work.
I can't directly comment on their undergrad opportunity but it's hard to imagine it being anything less than solid.
Probably the best tech PE firm out there. They usually hire analysts from goldman and blackstone.
