When writing a "thank you" note after the ib interview/workshop/case study, what would be an apropriate subject of the email?

How about sending an email without the subject?

"Interview followup" would be fine. as long as it doesnt look like it is a random newsletter or email from some internal group the people dont care about they will most likely scan through it.
