From an international perspective for a junior hire, it makes little sense to pick T Rowe over a BB in terms of exit opps. Let's face it, the world is superficial and a Harvard graduate will still be viewed more favourably than his counterpart from the University of Seoul even if the latter was more brilliant.

Can't help you out on your second offer, but would be happy to shed light on what I know with regards to details on your first BB with the S&T offer if you have any specific questions (ie. strength of particular desk in the appropriate BB, etc) - drop me a PM with the details and questions if you wish.
