Three years experience, what kind of comp can I expect?

IBD in NYC for Canadian Bank. As mentioned, three years experience, one year of which was in IBD capacity (other two on corporate banking side). Just trying to get a handle on general base at CDN in NYC and bonus. I do know bonus is all cash, no restricted stock. Can I expect base and matching bonus in a good year?

At a BB, third year analysts this year were paid something like 80k base and 100k for top bonus. I don't know how if Canadian banks generally pay the Street (they may even pay premium). Will you be getting credit for those 2 years in corporate development? In a good year, you would be looking at a bonus of probably at least 100% of your base (as evidenced in 05, 06, 07). In a bad year, it's possible you'd get 10-20k. Or in some cases, 3rd years were let go at some of these banks last month.
