Trying to learn

Hello WSO,

I joined this site to get guidance from many of you accomplished folks. I possess a Finance degree with a minor in Accounting. I graduated college in 2009 and have worked in corporate banking since then.

However, I feel that my knowledge about quantitative finance and "number crunching" is weak. In college, I did what I had to do to pass and learned a bit but I didn't fully apply myself. I was too caught up in enjoying the Miami lifestyle.

I do my job well, but I really do want to further develop my ability to do data analysis and basically be a better "math person". I have the propensity for it. I just need to know where to start?

Is there any books, online courses, or other resources you folks would recommend?
