I would go with the internship (why from home though; what kind of work will you be doing) assuming the boutique seems to be offering some valuable experience, rather than studying for the GMAT. Considering you are only just beginning your career, you don't really need to take the GMAT immediately - while it is good for 5 years, your career hasn't even begun yet. I would focus on developing my career (as you are about to graduate, and really need to figure out that next step), and then take the GMAT.

As an alternative plan, you could accept the internship AND study for the GMAT. You don't have to study 8 hours per day for the GMAT. You have plenty of time to take the exam, so I would recommend accepting the internship, and spend a few nights per week studying for the GMAT. As you become more comfortable with the material, and progress in your studies, you can take more time with it, but for now, I don't see why you can't do both.

Thank you for your feedback. I was just not sure about the value added from the internship, because I am doing it from home (the firm is situated in another state) and it is not very structured. For now it is just research stuff, but it has only been a couple of days since I started. I would prefer to relocate but I do not have the money and I am not sure how it would turn out.
