Bonus % at Wealth Management Firms for research people.

Hello - I hope that everyone is well. I was wondering what the bonus percentages are for alt asset research people who work at a wealth manager? Also any total comp parameters would be really helpful. This would be for a senior person who has more than 10 years of experience. Thank you.
