What makes your first meeting with a new customer unique and surprisingly?
In times where the internet and most databases delievers the same information to everyone, as a consultant I am wondering, what makes the difference when you prepare for your first appointment with a future customer. What kind of information, visualization, data bases, sources, tools or experts do you use?
