What would be intelligent informational qs to ask a PE Associate?

Hi everyone, I am a first year analyst at a BB IBD and have a sort of a information Q&A session with a PE associate at one of the large funds (BX, Apollo, Warburg) over the phone. I just want to get on his radar for now, since I'll only be recruiting a couple of years down the road. I just wanted to seek opinions on what type of informational questions regarding recruiting or PE in general would be good to ask him?

I have networked with i-bankers in the past, but this is my first time doing it with a PE employee, and I want to leave a good impression.
