Which graduate degree?

Hello -

I will soon be graduating college with a double major in Physics and Economics, whereafter i will be joining the military where I will be serving for a few years.

Following that, I would really like to move into finance, either in the form of law or actual trading.

Now law I already know about, but trading I'm generally new to in terms of education requirements.

The field of trading that interests me the most is physical commodity trading - particularly in the likes of Ivan Glasenberg and Marc Rich (Glencore).

What sort of graduate degrees do you all feel would help further a goal of physical commodity trading? Does Glencore like a particular major?

Past entering as a trader, what sort of jobs at a phys. trading firm would lead to the ability to eventually being a trader? What are the requirements for those?

I'll ask one more question line at risk of asking too many: what does Goldman Sachs like to see? Do they have physical commodity desks? What are their favorite schools for recruitment?

Thank you.
