Which would look best on my resume for a consulting/IB summer internship?

I'm currently a freshman at University of Michigan and I know that I want to go into either consulting or IB. I'm trying to decide which path to take in terms of majors and minors.

I'm definitely doing a BBA from Ross, and I know I'll definitely be doing a minor (if not two) or another major.

The options:

  1. BBA + Industrial and Operations Engineering Major

- BBA GPA will suffer because of engineering classes (maybe around a 3.8 or so)
- Engineering GPA will be around a 3.5-3.6 (I'll be entering with a 4.0 and if I get all Bs, the lowest it will drop to is a 3.4)

  1. BBA + Financial Mathematics Major

- BBA GPA will suffer from financial mathematics classes (around 3.7-3.8 as well)
- Financial Mathematics GPA will be around 3.2 or so

  1. BBA + Financial Mathematics Minor

- BBA GPA will be around 4.0 or 4.1 (Ross gives 4.4 for A+ so you can go over 4)
- Financial Mathematics Minor GPA will be around 3.3 or so as well (probably won't list it) and I will have a lot of empty space to take booster classes and boost my Ross GPA
- My freshman GPA of 4.0 will be reset (it would have been maintained if I did Financial Math as a major and it would have transferred to Engineering if I did that), but I will list it on the resume

  1. BBA + Financial Mathematics Minor + Economics Minor

- BBA GPA will be around 3.8
- Financial Mathematics Minor GPA will be around 3.3
- Economics Minor GPA will be around 3.6
- No space for booster classes for GPA

From what you see here what do you think looks the best. I know that the clubs and the interview are very very important but assuming those stay the same, which do you think will give me the best chance at getting an interview and doing well in an interview? Also, which seems most impressive to you?
