This poll is retarded. Super Saturdays cannot be generalized like this. For example, GS first rounds were all fit, superdays were all technical. MS first rounds and final rounds were both fit and technical. Boutiques are mostly technical on the first round when they test if you know your stuff, and then if you pass, they'll set you up to meet with others bankers for a more fit-related interview.

I agree, it really depends on the firm. Most have a combination of the two in both rounds. Though GS was all fit first round.
