Well, actually the first months were full of junk food, and I gained a few pounds. Then I realized I needed to do something about it, and started eating healthy, and it went down again. Actually, I must say right now I look pretty damn good in my suit!
i don't even want look at the scale, but i imagine 10+ easy. hard to choose the healthier alternative.
