Operations Analyst - Derivatives External Validation

Started with an initial phone screening to gauge interest in the job and to give details of how there hiring process worked. From there got a face to face interview where I was interviewed by 2 individuals, both of which were senior members of the particular group I applied for. The actual interview was pretty laid back and involved a lot of questions regarding time and task management and prioritization experiences. Most of the people I came in contact with there seemed to be pretty young and they had an enjoyable work environment and culture.
