Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was through OCR - applied and was invited into NYC to meet with a handful of alumni. Five 1-on-1 interviews that were very behavioral and fit type questions. Was then selected to be sent through the internal referral process. I was invited in for a first round superday and if I performed well would be invited back to a final superday the next day. Traveling expenses were provided, and if I was selected to go to the final superday, my hotel would be provided as well.
