Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1v1 interviews with most of the senior people in the company. Company consists mostly of senior people formerly from investment banks. 2 rounds of interviews, speaking with 3 people each round. Standard interview questions (tell me about your role, what are you looking for, etc) Very focused on the firm's exit strategy (buyout).
