1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The planning of the interview was through an outsourced HR personnel. Mine consisted of 11 rounds of interviews. There were three in person interviews with one associate, one MD, and one director. There were also eight video conference interviews with one MD and even VPs. The people are very professional and eloquent with their words. The work culture is very vibrant, and it seems like if you are a self starter, you can learn a lot there.
