Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied for the Goldman Veterans Integration Program online through their website and about a month later received a call showing their interest in me. I have been through a 1st and 2nd round phone interview so far and am awaiting a Super Day date at this time.
1st Interview was with a junior associate: Very relaxed and laid back with only fit questions. I believe the key was to show a lot of interest. 30 minutes.
2nd Interview was with a MD. Very relaxed again but was a bit more pressing on why Goldman and how was I going to handle the transition from the military to finance. 30 minutes
