Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through my school's OCR and was given a first round interview conducted by two alumni. One was an Analyst and the other was a VP. They mostly asked behavioral questions, there were no technical ones because it was a back office job. They were not clear to me about what they did when I asked. There was one brain teaser. Out of the 10 interviewed on campus, 7 were invited to a super day. The super day was 4 interviews, 2 one on ones, and 2 two on ones. They let you know of the result after 3 days.
