Summer Analyst

I went to many information sessions during the school year and ended up applying online. I got contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview with a HCM MD in NYC in November 2014. There was mainly behavioral questions, but a few easy brain teasers involved. I get notified second round interviews would be on-site in Irving. I flew out mid February 2015. The on site interview lasted from 8 am - 12 pm and consisted of 2 1-on-1 interviews, and a 2-on-1 webcam interview with 2 MD's in NYC. The 2-on-1 interview mainly asked me what I knew about Market Risk such as VaR calculations and other risk metrics, Excel pivot tables, stress testing, volatility and correlation. The 1-on-1 interviews were behavioral and felt more like a conversation. I got an oral offer the following week.
