Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone screening was followed by two, two on one back to back interviews on campus. Questions were mostly based on risk management and efficiency. For non-target schools, they flew people out to New York for a similar interview process. Once offered the position, had two weeks to accept. Had to complete a background check and a drug test.
