Investment Banking Analyst

Wasn't applying through OCR, so received initial phone-screen interview through networking with an MD and Analyst. First-round phone interview was very technical and tricky, but nothing that you wouldn't be ready to handle if adequately prepared. Had a second phone screen that was more behavioral. Superday consisted of a pre-interview dinner and 5-6 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 interviews. The culture at this office is awesome, the people are absolutely great. Superday interviews were fairly laid back and they're not trying to trick or ding you based on technicals -- they're far more interested in seeing whether you know what you're getting yourself into, whether this is the right fit for you, and whether you put in a lot of work to get where you are. Received a call about an hour and a half after the superday ended with an offer. This was my first superday and JEF in Charlotte was my #1 choice -- wasn't really a tough decision for me.
