1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round of interviews is done on campus in Spring semester. Mostly behavioral questions with some market-related questions mixed in.
Second round of interviews in their office with multiple analysts across different teams, questions are also mostly behavioral.
Culture is quite relaxed and friendly, dress code is business casual (no tie).
