Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through my college's career website and was asked to sit for an on-campus interview with a recruiter and an employee in the Global Services Division. Interview was behavioral and had no technical questions. Strong understanding and grasp of what State Street does, especially the Global services division is crucial. After interview, it was strongly encouraged that I attend a presentation and networking event at their office in Boston. If you want the job, you should ad least RSVP online to this event. Received a phone call around Thanksgiving notifying me that I was extended an offer. Offer letters are only sent out via email after you have verbally accepted.
