IB Finance and Accounting

I had a number of phone interviews for this role (~4). Everyone that I spoke to including HR was very nice. Each interview was all behavioral and personal questions. Advice for other students interning in a specific role would be to have your story down perfectly. Be able to walk through your resume and give clear stories about how you are a leader in your school. They want to see that you can work well in groups. The questions from interviewer to interviewer were very similar, so once you get through your first, the rest should be easier
