1- Went to an info session on campus and met advisory employees
2- Submitted my resume on college career website to their job posting a week later
3- Was extended a 1st round interview a week later
4- Emailed advisory employees I became close to at the previous info session that same week after being extended a 1st round interview
5- Had 1st round interview a week later, consisted of a short ~30min casual conversation with an advisory manager really. Tell me about yourself, followed by are you more on the business or technology side skills-set wise, and then just asked me for any questions I had aka I asked him a lot of questions and produced an engaging discussion. Really easy to talk to, nice conversation. The HR reps outside were also extremely nice and had free breakfast waiting outside. I stroke up a conversation with them as well. It took place on my campus.
6- Next day was extended an invite to the second round by both email and phone call.
7- 3 weeks later was the second round, inside look event. They had all candidates for all different departments at the event. All candidates stayed in a hotel a few blocks from the office. Thursday evening was dinner and networking. Friday was breakfast and lunch mixed in with a company presentation, networking times, group activity for candidates, 1 on 1 interview with manager+, and an interview with a panel of KPMG employees.
8- I heard back in almost two weeks.
