And active ETF manager focused on an EM strategy would probably be more concerned with EM more than the fact that the investment vehicle is an ETF. But we don't know what the job is. If it's an analyst role, they'll probably want to see if you have any understanding of EM markets, or how to analyze equities or bonds, fx, or whatever they're buying. There is too little information about the situation to say much more than that. Good luck.
