Boston as a ExPat

Hi guys,
I might need to move to Boston due to a disease that my 6 month old has (still no confirmed diagnosis). I am from Latam, and was wondering if anyone had been in the same situation, looking for a job near the Boston area as a non-english native. I have +7 years in WM (product development esp Discretionary Mandates, not a banker) and am a CFA Charterholder but have only worked in Latam.

All ideas are welcome.

Career aside, Boston Medical Center, Mass Gen, and more importantly Boston Children's Hospital would be your next door neighbors. The quality of medicine in Boston is unparalleled by almost any other city in the world, particularly for children and infants.

In terms of a career move, there's a very large WM presence in Boston and you shouldn't have much of an issue finding a seat with your experience and as a Charterholder. I'm familiar with the space if you'd like to PM me for more details.
