Idiots Guide to Tax Havens

My new number one goal in life: how do I transfer all of my assets and earning potential to a tax haven?  Any advice on the below, key resources to explore, and/or aspiring LEGAL tax efficiency-ers to connect with?  What is the simplest process and the simplest way to wrap your head around the trade-offs of overhead, returns, risks, etc.?

Early in my dad's career he met with an accountant and spent around $300. This was the 80s keep in mind. He basically wanted to learn everything he could about tax havens, how they work, and other ways to just avoid capital gains, etc. And really he became friends with him and since then he's been my dad's accountant. Nowadays, you can use the internet of course, but if you can find a reasonable cost accountant who is willing to speak about tax havens etc. (maybe a friend etc.) then go for it. The Isle of Man is the most famous tax haven of course. If you happen to be American, this is tough since Americans are taxed at American rates wherever they are in the world. But if you are not, you can always just give up your permanent residency, remain a citizen of your original country, and move to the UAE, Singapore etc. For example, again my dad got an offer for work in Abu Dhabi, and he gave up his residency, but was able to keep his citizenship and his passport and now he isn't taxed on anything. But like I said if you're a US citizen you'd have to pay taxes still which sucks.
