Investment specialist career at a BB?

I'm a fresh graduate from a non-target. I have a interview coming up for a analyst role at a top BB (GS/JPM) in AM. Do any of you know anything about (global liquidity) and whether or not this is a good career path. I networked in and I like the description of portfolio management and client interaction. Also, what is the pay progression? Thanks again.
