Internship help - Rising senior

Hey guys,

I'm a rising senior looking for a summer internship...econ major in A&S of a borderline target school, 3.6 gpa. I've gotten several interviews, including Deloitte, lek, Citi gts, JPM private banking, nielsen, but haven't been able to secure a position. So I have two thing I was hoping people could help me out with: one is just to secure a summer internship, and two is to secure an internship that would help me land an offer at a consulting firm during full-time recruiting (preferably Deloitte)

Its been really tough on me because I've had a lot of interview but haven't gotten any offers yet...been through a lot of practice interviews with friends, advisers, etc. I have a lot of leadership/team skills on my resume, non-profit work, but no internship experience. I've been told I talk too much when I answer questions but I think I've fixed that in the past could of weeks...

So i guess my questions are,

Its March now and I'm really stressed about just getting any internship. What are my best options for finding an internship right now? (hopefully one consulting related) I've applied to several places and waiting to hear back...

What would be my best options if I can't find an internship anywhere?

I would really appreciate any advice people can give me as this whole internship process has been pretty new to me. (and very stressful). Thanks!
