Mckinsey Strategy&CorpFinance vs OW Finance

What would be the differences between the two. Since Mckinsey is considered the most prestigious consulting firm and OW is the most prestigious specialized firm in finance, which is a better option financial consulting? (if by the grace of the almighty someone gets these two offers keeping the location same, say London.) I'm talking mainly about, comp and projects.

Edit: removed prestige from the last part.

Current OW here (despite title).

I think the McK CorpFinance is more M&A/Due Dilligence work. OW has a strong M&A practice but the strong reputation is in financial services (i.e. banks, payments, insurance, etc). So comparing these two is a bit different

I would say Mck M&A > OW M&A

Mck FS = OW FS

In FS, its pretty much only McK and OW, BCG and Bain are a bit more of a "tier 1b" though I dislike an artificial ranking like that.
