Predicted grades and applying to strat consulting internships London

In the midst of applying to summer internships at consulting firms. Im a lazy bastard and so my exam results so far have been rubbish. obviously upping the gear this year and my final year, but I'd like to apply to a summer internship now. my university doesnt have an official means of providing us with predicted grades, so if I was to write a 2.1 predicted (which I can easily achieve but based on past exams I do not currently deserve) if I was to get the internship offer, will they check or rescind my offer? or do they just care about the final grade upon graduation?

thanks

if shit doesnt work out with internships i dont really want them to see my transcript next December either lol i thought for FT they'd request for transcript after graduation?
