PWC Assurance
Just interviewed for a entry level position in assurance. I have a BA in Business from small local university. My goal is to get into consulting in advisory down the road.
How hard is it to transition from one service line to another at PwC. Planning ongoing to B school in a few years.
Audit to TS (which is mapped to the Advisory practice) is a fairly common jump to make after 2+ years of high performing in audit. I'm not sure how difficult it'd be to make the jump from TS to a pure consulting role but I'd imagine it's difficult barring an MBA or a close connection (read: partner) on the consulting side.
