Some Advice needed - Lucky enough to get a senior partner at a MBB to speak with

I got lucky enough to get a senior partner at a MBB to speak with, somehow. She asked me to email her my questions and we will meet soon. I know to ask advice about the industry, company/division, etc but what else? Just trying to get other ideas and I know this is a dumb question.

Some potential questions: - Average team size (sounds like a simple question but this impacts how much responsibility you're likely to get - a large team tends to be more hierarchical and the BA/Associate may not get a lot of room to push upward)
- Ask about how her firm is posing for future growth given the current disruptions in the consulting industry (such as slow growth in developed markets, Tier 4 firms buying up mid sized strategy houses, etc.)

Best Response

Ask about them. What was their career path? Why did they end up staying through partner? Did they always intend to be a partner? What are some of the opportunities they have turned down along the way? What are some interesting internal projects that they have been a part of? Overall, just get her to talk about herself and her experiences. People love to talk about themselves, and it's a great way for you to learn. Partner's have so much info about their firms stored up from their experiences.

Assuming you're looking for a job, I'd also ask for any advice she has about the application process. Tips for case interviews, behavioral questions, office selection, and everything else. Would also prepare your story well and be able to quickly walk through your resume and concisely say why you're interested in consulting.
