I doubt we could tell what firm you were working for based on the 401K contribution if its not M/B/B. Since you said "but close", I would guess that its either Booz or Montior.
Historically though, McKinsey has been at 12% on the 401K vs. ~6.5% Bain and BCG.

I am starting at non M/B/B consulting firm (but close) and my 1st year is 88k all in. (salary + signing + year end IRA contribution from firm)
what kind of IRA contribution/match do you get?
between 8-12%. If I gave you the specific number, you could tell which firm it was :).
stanford07, do you know how many offers McKinsey, BCG, or Bain gave to Stanford undergrads your year?
most of my friends are in the 70K ish range
