JP Morgan Rotational Finance Program - Internship
Hi everyone! I hope that everyone is doing well. I was offered a summer internship with JP Morgan in a rotational finance program in NYC. The title of the program is Global Finance and Business Managment( I cant link because I am new) This seems like it would be a mix of corporate finance and management obviously.
However, I am worried about going into to much accounting/auditing work. I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about this program? I'd love to learn about the work people do and what the exit opportunities would generally be?
Lastly, eventually want I want to do is microfinancing/impact investing and I was hoping that the operational side of this might be a bit useful because from what I understand often times these types of companies can use some operational help. However, I would love to hear everyone's opinion on the opportunity?

Wait why was this deleted?

Do you get to sit on diff desks/product groups?
nope, 1 desk but you have structured visits to other desks
Gotcha. So if you were interviewing for a FT position..would you generally be interviewed by the trader(s) on the desk thats looking for an analyst? Or would they interview you with a variety of traders and then place you on the desk that they feel would be the best fit?
Thanks
