PK/PD modeling in biotech ER??
How many of y’all in biotech ER are doing PK/PD modeling? Asking because I have a case study for a biotech team and this is part of the base study. I’m not in ER yet but I’ve had numerous case studies for biotech and this hasn’t been the case. How many teams on the street are doing this?
I've never been asked to do PK/PD modeling....idk how you would even do that without individual data points which I've never see companies release. I have evaluated/contextualized published PK/PD data as part of a case study but wasn't explicitly asked to do so.
Yea I’m so lost. I have to model PK data for a drug that is currently in phase 1. Killing my self over this. Just tryna see if this is a skill I should hammer down or not.
Are you in biotech? I’m assuming… we’re you in biotech on the SS as well?
Do teams do this often?
PM me I might be able to help. MD/PhD here
There was another ER associate on this forum that mentioned they spend time on PK/PD modelling using R in their role - see if you can find that thread
