Expert Networks Very Hit and Miss?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if other generalist funds have this problem: an increasingly high percentage of the scientific experts we get either have superficial knowledge of the topic (generally experts in associated fields but not the field of interest) and give very general answers that don't bring much value or they just flat out bullshit when they don't know the answer? I am seeing this across almost all expert networks.

Thanks!
