Typical Bonus in IT operations role
Hi, I am currently working in London for Tier 1 IB in an operations role - Java coding, HFT, FIX, etc. I am contracting (not on a perm salary with bonus) and I currently make £100k a year. I am on the second stage interview with a Hedgefund. We have not spoke about salary yet expect they said I wouldn't be taking a cut on my base (so im looking around the £100k mark) and the bonus is excellent. Can anyone suggest what someone with 7-10yrs in ops may make in bonus at fund that does around $20bill AUM.
