I was as well. I was also slightly floored by the $260 million comp spread over the 335 'non-MD' 'investment professionals', roughly $714k/head. At least unlike GS, the hype is a bit substantiated here apparently.

 

2 possible reasons for Goldman's absence going around-

1) They are a rival of BS, so they were outcast from the IPO 2) They are working on KKR's IPO with the other banks not on BS' IPO (JP/UBS)
