At that level pick the bank that pays the most, unless you are guaranteed a group you want like tech or industrials.
Both groups would be the same - for additional context I would be an industry lateral so thinking more about longer- term (firm reputation, culture, and things of that nature). Comp is in-line.
CG. BMO is fading quickly in the U.S. Shitty mandates, poorly run processes, many of the top bankers have jumped ship.
