Competitive enough for spring week ?

Hi everyone

I am an incoming business student. I have been interested in finance and M&A deals for 2  years now and would love to get a spring week.

Do you believe that my CV might do the trick? (I can’t link it, so I paste it)

Don’t hesitate if you’ve got tips for spring week application!

co founder & cfo hahahahhhahahha sorry I laughed to that one.

you should be good for springs though, good luck on applications

Springs aren't that deep. Assuming you have the minimum grades and decent enough uni/ online test scores the process of getting an interview is basically names out of a hat.

No they're important and deep in that sense, but the process of recruiting isn't as thorough as you think. CVs are basically just a formality; as I said before luck and some other factors (including diversity and stuff) will factor into whether you interview.
