Information into Canaccord Genuity (Boston Office)

Already have a solid offer but have an interview with Canaccord and want to see if it's worth it to even interview. What's the culture, wlb, pay, is it a sweatshop, exit ops, any relevant information on them? Any negatives working for a Canadian bank? (Specifically, the Boston office)

Worked for Canncacord during my analyst years. Boston office as well. Absolute clown show over there. Senior bankers don't know their left from their right. Ended up exiting to a solid LMM shop with decent carry, so I guess street perception is solid. Had some slightly abusive seniors as well who liked to poke me with sharp objects when I fucked up. Nothing to heinous but definitely have some scars from my days in the pen.

Could you expand on this? If someone (let's say a friend) gets an offer there should they accept? In terms of exits what sort of HH's were reaching out?
