The firm also announced organizational shift as the former Corporate & Investment Bank business segment has been reformed as Commercial & Investment Bank, with Co-Heads being consumer banking and Markets leads. Any potential impact in your opinion?

Do keep in mind there's also base salary bump. My bonus was kinda underwhelming but base got bumped pretty sizably in terms of %. Look on the bright side, in this market guaranteed monthly pay outweighs an annual lump sum..
Seems that Jennifer Piepszak is positioned very well now in terms of succession planning after her promotion to co-CEO of the new Commercial & Investment Bank. She was with Marianne Lake on the Consumer Banking side earlier
JPM GCB (Global Corporate Banking) was essentially absorbed into the Commercial Bank and is now part of CB lol
