Lazard Town Hall
Overall take-aways were extremely limited - what do people think?
-- One highly caveated hour per day to be free from emails and internal meetings (6:30pm - 7:30pm)
-- One month option to work remotely in a location of choice when everyone is back in office
No particular certainty around enforcement of these rules. Seems to be on the lower end of changes other banks have made.
Thoughts?
Are you surprised?
Edit: Lazard is the goldman of boutiques
Any mentions of comp changes/one time bonuses?
Sounds good
